⚔The MOC operations room in Amman coordinates the southern Syrian rebels

In the second half of 2013 the "Military Operations Centre" (MOC) was set up in Amman under the supervision of American, Saudi, Jordanian, Emirati and other intelligence services, to fund the "Southern Front" factions in Daraa and Quneitra, arm them, pay their salaries and set their targets, in parallel with the "MOM" room in Turkey for the north. It was tied to the CIA's secret programme "Timber Sycamore", which spent more than a billion dollars, and part of its weapons leaked to the Nusra Front and ISIS.
