●The "loyalty to the Prophet" march against the offensive film

On 17 September 2012 Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah personally led a mass march in the southern suburbs in protest at the film "Innocence of Muslims", which insulted the Prophet, in a rare public appearance, calling for the criminalisation of insults to religions; it came after a wave of protests across the Islamic world and the killing of the American ambassador in Benghazi.
