✸Siege of the Irish battalion at At Tiri

From 6 to 12 April 1980 the collaborator Saad Haddad's militia attacked the Irish battalion's position at At Tiri, which held out with Dutch and Fijian reinforcements until the Dutch fired TOW missiles; an Irish soldier, a Fijian soldier and a militiaman were killed.
