PartiesUnited StatesRafik Hariri / Future MovementGovernment
In 2011 the Hariri Foundation, with USAID, launched the "D-RASATI" programme to improve public schools in infrastructure, teaching and management; then came "QITABI" (1 and 2, from 2014 to 2024) covering reading, mathematics and social-emotional learning for more than 300,000 pupils in all public primary schools, and "QITABI 3" in 2023 at a cost of 96.9 million dollars with the ministry of education and the Centre for Educational Research, extending to career guidance and life skills. They are among the suspect series of programmes aimed at building an elite and a public opinion loyal to foreign states, as Feltman described.
