✸Abu Zeinab (Amer Kalakesh) operation near Metula

On 10 March 1985 the mujahid "Abu Zeinab" carried out a martyrdom operation against an Israeli convoy near the international border opposite the settlement of Metula; the Israeli spokesman admitted 12 soldiers killed and 14 wounded, and the Islamic Resistance claimed responsibility. After the liberation Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah revealed that the bomber was Amer Kalakesh from the town of Dibbine.
