✸Katyushas on Kiryat Shmona: first Israeli civilian deaths since 1995

On 24 June 1999, in reply to Lahd's militia's shelling of the villages, the Islamic Resistance fired 12 rockets at northern Palestine and then 36 rockets at Kiryat Shmona overnight; two Israeli civilians were killed and five wounded, the first civilian deaths in the north since 1995.
