✸Capture of the Barachit and Beit Yahoun positions and an M113

On 2 January 1987 the men of the Islamic Resistance took two positions of Lahd's militia on the hills of Barachit and Beit Yahoun, killed a number of its men (Israel admitted six), destroyed three vehicles and captured weapons and an M113 armoured carrier, which they drove to Deir Qanoun al-Nahr.
